MYKONOS!!

After finally managing to write down the title of a song I'd been looking for for weeks - Stereo Love - I went to Youtube and squeed like a maniac when I realized the clip had been shot in Mykonos, "MY" Greek Island! My best memories of my first trip abroad in 2001 are from that island, scooter rides on cracked roads and breathtaking beaches and narrow twisted paved streets between white houses with blue shutters, squid drying on clotheslines across the streets, azurre waters and endless starry skies at night.... I know my eyes started shining when I saw the amazing view overlooking the village and port at the beginning of the clip -of course, no one saw me as my co-worker was sick again and I was alone for the show. But I needed to feel someone might share a dreamy sigh with me, so here it is.



And since we're on the topic, another favorite song of mine which clip is set in Greece, this one on Santorini I believe: the haunting Mother by Era. It's the song that plays in my head when I think of Butch and V *hearts*.
