Because a girl's gotta get in shape to show off at the beach, and I'm so not miss Exercise. These are only small steps, but hopefully it'll help me tone up, get a tan and generally be a little healthier in time for baby bro's wedding at the end of the month. Will then try to prolong this until Vancouver, but not promises. ;)) Lol.
1. Try to sleep at least 6 hours a night.
2. Minimum 50 sits-ups and push-ups (total together) and 20 leg elevations per day
3. 30 minutes walk + 10 minutes stationary bike every day
4. Full stretching routine + 4 times calves stretching every day
5. 1 fruit or vegetable (apple, avocado, cucumber) every day, not counting juices, tomato sauce and raspberries
6. Don't forget acne meds morning and night
7. Cellulite cream every night
8. Tanning salon 2-3 times a week + self-tanning lotion every 2 days
9. Always take the stairs when there are any
10. Down to one Thai Kitchen and Easy Mac ev. 2 days; generally cut on salt
11. Floss every night
12. Drink 1 big glass of water every time I think I'm hungry (app. we often confuse the 2 signals)
13. Clean up the damn bedroom ! (good exercise, plus would free room to pile luggage :D)
Alors voilà. Let's see how well I do. I started last Saturday and so far I'm doing good especially on the exercise part, although last night I had to skip the bike part since mom and dad were watching the Habs on the TV next to it and I forgot about the fruit 0_0. But I took the time to apply the damn tanning lotion last night and I found my celulite cream this morning (yay!), so all in all I'm pretty proud of myself. Here's to hoping I slim up my upper thights a little and get rid of the small belly in time!

Wow, those are great goals! I'm not going to Cancun, but I should do the same. Except for the tanning. I'd just turn orange. :D

Thanks for the encouragements and good wishes guys! :D I'm doing pretty well, I'm rather proud of myself, although I violate rule #1 every time I work mornings (which means waking at 4:50 AM) and I usually cheat on one other rule every day. But since apparently people who diet are allowed to cheat from time to time, I decided I had the right too :-p.
