Except of course it's not not sold new anymore, out of stock at the SH museum shop, unavailable at Chapters and Book depository, completely out of price used on Amazon Canada and good copies don't ship international on Amazon.com marketplace or B&N. Argh. And the numbers of used bookstores in town has dwindled drastically these past years, to the point I can't think of a single one anymore that might have this type of book.
