My ST fanzine wish list - Updated Sept 11, 2011

That doesn't include the vast majority of zines that I bought or DID manage to find over the years....so please, anybody, don't use this as suggestions of zines to buy. Most of the great ones, the classics and the most wanted, I've already bought :). (Please look at my Master List of K/S favorites, fanzine section, for good zine recs.) Although, of course, I'm sure as hell hoping the zines I list here will turn out to be good reads, too :-D.

-Legend's End 2, Martha J. Bonds, 1982, 201 pages, illustrated by Michael Weine with graphics, dedication page and final illo. Read part 1 and loved it, now I want the rest!!! This novel was as slashy as gen can get. *2017 edit: FUCKING FOUND IT! LIKE 2 YEARS AGO ACTUALLY BUT STILL HAVEN'T READ IT. *whistling Still happy as fuck about having it though*
 -First Time #43, 176 p: Mostly because of the excerpt for The Storyteller by K. Sheridan, where Kirk is drunk and retelling naughty stories and a just as drunk and aroused Bones seems about to pounce on him. Also, a story where Jim is dreaming and fantasizing about Spock (Words, Penny Wise), another where Spock is hurt and Jim urges him to live so he can confess his feelings to him (Love song, Karla Kelly), Dance of the Le-Matya (E Bulsara, S wins K's company for a night in contest) and a crewmember's log about her K/S watching activities :) (Butler/Stanis). Also Ciana Mitchell story about J receiving gifts from secret admirer just when he and S start relationship.
*-Scattered Stars 11: 166 p. Gray (To be human - S flees to Earth & finds photographer & model), Tooley (Vulcan dancer at K's bachelor party), Manzone et Stanis (K sent from mother into "City")


Would buy now at reasonable price:
*-First Time #53, 182 p. Spencer's excellent Report from the Rim, Deanna Gray (Sweet Surrender), Stanis ("relief always gave him an erection"), Jury Duty and Islaofhope. Has TSC int art on p. 119 (gold Philon) *2017 edit: ACTUALLY FOUND THAT ONE SINCE, TOO! YAY ME.*
-KisCon 2004: 99 p, 15 stories . Imagine by Stanis (S watches people dancing), Kirk's Toy (Jeshmir), Selections book dead (Lyra), Shore Leave epilogue (Falken, ev going crazy), Touch by Spencer), Et tu Spock (T'Guess, mirror).
-Trek Encore, reprints of Ginna Lacroix stories (very nice gen/pre-slash writing). 3 issues as far as I know, no idea of the stories listings in each. #1: 146 p, #2: , #3 is 156 p.

-Nome 12 (Toni C-P stories)
*-Songs of the Dirhja, Greywolf the Wanderer. Available on KS Archive but way too long.
-Amazing Grace 4 , 108 p. Arvizu (Rain, K flirts wit S), Home Again (Bersakhi, drawn into kiss after fal-tor-pan), DAM (save water shower together), JSC (S seeking J's mind in Nexus) *Bought January 2017! Not read yet, obviously, if you haven't caught my pattern*
-Mirror of Minds and Flesh by Gayle Feyrer, cave pon farr story. Great art.
*-Mirror Reflections. Anthology with continuing stories forming a novel.

People Like us (Stanis, KS take shore leave of Vulcan 1st T), Trial Run (Elise Madrid, S tells Sarek he's going to SF), 20 000 leagues (Hood, waterworld, actually seems nice) and In The Temple (Jeshmir). (have on CD)-Legacy 5, 202 p. (about 118 of fiction): Isabol (In the After Silence, VG), Deanna (Caught in the Web, not her best but OK), Spencer (Saying Good-bye, nice but V. angsty). Zines 96-05.  -Replica by Jane Jones, aka Valerie Piacentini aka Ray Newton. slash, 60 p, UK. Sequel to Spock Must Die where S's replica survived.
-Gathering of Blacque, Dovya, 114 p., 1987 (older stories, prob no sexplicit sex). 2 Janice Lester transference + 1 time-travelling women in other 2 (no 3some).

-Year of the Ram, 178 p. (K lost in Tholian space. Abrupt ending with no sex, apparently)
